Booking for passengers with reduced mobility

On this page you can book the wheelchair space and the seat for an optional companion on direct TGV INOUI and Eurostar trains from and to Brussels-Midi. You can also buy your ticket for a mobility impaired passenger and for his free accompanying person (with Free Carer Card) on the EuroCity and Eurocity Direct to/from the Netherlands.
After you've booked your tickets, you can request assistance in your departure and arrival station (until 24 hrs before departure).

You can optionally book a ticket at child fare if you want a reserved seat for your baby on Thalys, Eurostar and TGV (recommended if you want to benefit from the Forfait Bambin on TGV INOUI). Reserving a seat is compulsory for journeys operated by long distance buses. Children under 4 years old travel for free and don't need a ticket if they don't require a reserved seat.

Passenger in a wheelchair

On TGV INOUI and Eurostar, the wheelchair space is located in 1st class to provide more space for its occupant. Reserving this space allows a passanger in a wheelchair (and one accompanying person) to travel in 1st class at a 2nd class price. On Intercity or regional trains, wheelchair users do not benefit from a specific discount but can be accompanied by one accompanying person travelling free of charge (in 1st or 2nd class) if they are in possession of a Free Carer Card.

Companion of a passenger in a wheelchair

On TGV INOUI and Eurostar, one person can be seated right next to the wheelchair space. Like the passenger in the wheelchair passenger, the accompanying person will travel in 1st class at a 2nd class fare. On Intercity or regional trains, one person may accompany free of charge (in 1st or 2nd class) a mobility impaired passenger in possession of the Free Carer Card.
