International group travel

If you need to organise international train travel for a group of 10 people and more (including school trips) our Groups service is here to help.

Why make a group reservation?

You can make bookings before the normal booking period opens
You only need one booking for the whole group, ensuring that you all travel together
One invoice for the whole group
On-board meals can be booked (available in 1st and 2nd class)
One dedicated contact person who manages your file

Do you have questions about an ongoing group reservation? Please call us on +32 (0)70 79 79 79 (€0.30/min) - option "Groups" (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm).

An administrative charge will apply to group travel bookings:

€3 per passenger for groups of 10 to 40 participants
€120 per order for groups of 41 to 100 participants
€175 per order for groups of 101 participants and more

Meet & Assist for group travel

Our personal guides welcome your group at the station, assist with formalities and escort you to the train. On arrival, the guide will greet your group on the platform and escort them to the exit or to a connecting train.

VIP Meet & Assist

A personal guide will greet you at the station and assist for check in and security procedures. Depending on your destination and travel class, access to a private VIP lounge is possible. A personal guide can also meet you on the platform on arrival.
