Did you book your train tickets at SNCB International, either online, through our app or via our contact centre? With MyTrain, you can find all your booking details, such as departure times or seat numbers, very easily.
Your journey begins at the Brussels-Midi station, where before boarding the Eurostar trains, you will have to go through check-in. As Great Britain isn’t included in the Schengen Area, verification of identity and travel documents is required. During these security checks, baggage and passengers alike need to go through a scanner.
Check-in1 is located in the specially designed “Channel Terminal”. The Terminal also offers various recreational facilities for when you’re waiting to board your train to London. Relax in one of the cafés, shops or comfortable lounge areas before your departure.

Once aboard Eurostar, you’ll travel to London – through the Channel Tunnel – at 300 km/h and in only 2:01. The train’s terminus is London St Pancras International. Ideally located in the city centre, this train station provides easy access to other means of public transportation, as well as many of the city’s tourist attractions.

Due to a strike in Belgium, the rail service on the Belgian rail network will be limited from Monday 14 April (10 pm) to Tuesday 15 April 2025 included.
An alternative train service will be drawn up based on available train staff. Take this alternative train service into account if you need to take a domestic connection in Belgium before or after your international train journey, or if you need to take our regional trains shortly across the border (Roosendaal, Maastricht, Aachen, Luxembourg, Lille or Maubeuge). More details on this alternative train service will be available 48h in advance on www.belgiantrain.be.
For the time being, we still don't know the possible impact of this strike on international trains (EuroCity, Eurocity Direct, TGV INOUI, Eurostar, OUIGO, ICE etc.). We advise to check this page regularly for further updates.
