Germany at 300 km/h?
With SNCB International, you can book your tickets for the ICE high speed trains (Inter City Express) at the lowest fares. Deutsche Bahn's ICE trains offer direct services from Belgium or the Netherlands to Cologne and Frankfurt, where you benefit from numerous onward connections everywhere in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Stuttgart, Munich etc...) and beyond, e.g. to Austria and Switzerland.
Due to announced strike, fewer trains will be operating on the Belgian rail network from Sunday 25 January (10 pm - CET) to Friday 30 January 2026 included.
An alternative train service will be drawn up based on available train staff. All details on this alternative train service will be available 24h in advance on www.belgiantrain.be.
Please take this alternative train service into account if you need to take a domestic connection in Belgium before or after an international train journey, or if you need to take our regional trains just across the border (Roosendaal, Maastricht, Aachen, Luxembourg, Lille or Maubeuge).
For the time being, we still don't know the possible impact of this strike on international trains (EuroCity, Eurocity Direct, TGV INOUI, Eurostar, OUIGO, ICE etc.). Please check this page regularly for further updates.
Flexpreis or Sparpreis? Compare the different fares for your ICE trip depending according to your need for flexibility.
Booking your seat on ICE trains is not compulsory, but highly recommended as most ICE connections are getting more and more popular.
Find your seat on board the ICE 3neo trains operating between Brussels, Cologne and Frankfurt.
