TGV INOUI trains (operated by SNCF) connect many French cities at high speed. What's more, thanks to cooperations with other rail operators, there are many other TGV trains every day that connect France with its neighbouring countries Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.
Since the 80's, the TGV network has been extended continuously, now connecting more than 200 cities, such as Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Strasbourg, but also Brussels, Geneva, Basel, Frankfurt, Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, Turin, Milan etc...

Due to announced strike in Belgium, the rail service on the Belgian rail network will be limited from Sunday 23 March (10 pm) to Sunday 30 March 2025 included.
An alternative train service will be put in place depending on the available staff. The detailed schedule for every day will be available 48h ahead on www.belgiantrain.be.
Please take alternative service into account if you are travelling on our cross-border local trains to/from Lille, Maubeuge, Luxembourg, Roosendaal, Maastricht or Aachen or if you need to take a local connection in Belgium before or after your international journey.
No consequences have been announced for international trains (Eurostar, TGV INOUI, ICE, OUIGO etc...) so far, except for:

TGV Lyria connects 15 french cities, including Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Nice, to Switzerland via Geneva, Basel or Lausanne. Reservations are possible from 4 months before departure.
TGV France-Italy connects Paris to Milan via Lyon, Chambéry, Turin and many other cities. Reservations are possible from 4 months before departure.
